How We Work

Engagement

Once our services are formally accepted, you will be assigned a portfolio management team to initiate the transition to BIC services. Key members of this team will meet with the site representative to establish a relationship and understand the individual requirements of the site. This is an opportunity to discuss any concerns and create an action plan to ensure your expectations are met from day one.

Staff Allocation

Where possible, supervisory and cleaning staff will be sourced from the existing personnel. They will be given start forms prior to commencement and issued with identification cards. We will ensure all staff on the job have gained security clearance from the Federal Police and Department of Immigration.

Once this is established, BIC will utilise a process of retraining and induction for new and existing staff to ensure quality is maintained.

Your Requirements

Members of your BIC Portfolio Management Team will conduct a site audit and log any risks and issues that need to be addressed. Their main goal will be to get to know your site representative and become clearer on the specific requirements of each site.

Delivery

All machinery, equipment and materials are ordered new once we commence your contract. Upon delivery, our EHS manager will ensure all materials and equipment conform to our quality assurance, WHS and environmental systems standards. You will also now have access to our web-based client portal for monthly reports and additional training for appropriate representatives.

Upon signing of a contract, we will begin execution of our proven service delivery transition process. Our aim is to ensure that from a staff, site and quality perspective your expectations are being met from Day 1.

MONTHLY KPI REPORTING

BIC offers a web-based digital reporting system that can be integrated into our client’s systems. The centralisation and storage of all client data, such as quality performance, service requests, complaints and waste data, allows the BIC reporting system to be comprehensive and informative and our operating systems to be fully transparent.

OUR DIGITAL STAFF MANAGEMENT AND ATTENDANCE SOFTWARE HAS ALSO REVOLUTIONISED OUR SCHEDULING AND TIME-SHEETING PROCESS

Risk Management

BIC understands the importance of managing risk across the business at an enterprise, portfolio and site level. BIC uses mature risk management processes as a part of our certified Integrated Management System to identify, record, assess and mitigate risk associates with the activities of our staff.

BIC’s Integrated Management System is certified by SAI Global to standards ISO14001 (Environment), AS4801 (Health & Safety) and ISO9001 (Quality)
